• Fact. Sarah Frances 'Fanny' was a twin sister to John Newton Russell, she was born on 28th November 1887. The family bible gives the date as Friday 28th January 1887.

She died at an early age of 4 years and 5 months on 26th May 1891. Cause of death was given as 'Diptheria'.
She is buried in the Watervale General Cemetery with her parents
